Every family starts with a 30-day free trial with no card required, so you can try Sittr before paying anything.

Family plan

If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. Cancel anytime from Account settings to stop future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Text message packs

Unused text message packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by emailing support@sittrapp.com.
